Since July 2023, STEFFAN FUNG, Founder/CEO of ELXR had been appointed as an official representative to support overseas expansion of startups from Hyogo Prefecture, as well as startups from Singapore to Hyogo. At the same time, he is also the representative for KiP Startup Hub's first overseas office in Singapore.

Japan Rail Cafe, is a cafe managed by JR East (Japan Railway East), the biggest Japan Railways Group companies based in Tokyo. They serve almost 14 million passengers a day.
ELXR manages a weekly Founders' Run at Japan Rail Cafe, connecting startup founders, investors and corporates interested to expand between Singapore and Japan.

RED-X Games is a multi-disciplinary offline military-inspired sports event held annually in Singapore, since its inauguration in 2016.
