It was fun and meaningful session with coach guo pei! He takes the extra effort to pin point the mistake and his activity is impactful. Teaches you how to track your fitness level, and being consistent in your workout!

Is my first time attend training with Guo Peng. It's truly a good workout as the training was comprehensive started off with stretching, running uphill and downhill to cooling down. Guo Peng also shared some workout tips on how to improve your running, endurance and so forth. He did a great job and I hope I can attend the training with him again. Also thanks for the cold pressed juice, is a good reward after a hardcore exercise! thanks to all for organising it !
